Our April THIRD THURSDAY social and fellowship meeting will take place from 5:30-7:30 p.m. April 21 in the Two-One Restaurant & Bar inside Westerville’s Renaissance Hotel and Conference Center, 409 Altair Parkway.

There is no formal program for the evening meeting. It’s just a casual get-together, to hang out and catch up with your fellow Rotary Club members. Prospective members are welcome!

The social replaces our regular lunch April 21 – so do not head to Villa Milano at noon!

The monthly Third Thursday socials are great for members who have trouble getting to our regular noon meetings. They also are an awesome way to introduce prospective members to the club and to Rotary. So if we haven’t seen you for lunch in a while, please attend this evening meeting. If you have a friend who would make a great Rotarian, bring them along!

For the April 21 Third Thursday, we will gather in the western side of the Renaissance’s Two One Restaurant, Bar & Patio. Its name is nod to Westerville’s historical ties to Prohibition and the 18th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which in January 1919 outlawed the manufacture, sale and transportation of alcohol in America, and the 21st Amendment (“Two-One” – get it?) that repealed Prohibition in 1933.

Those of us looking to grab a bite or drink can take advantage of separate-check service from the Two One staff.

Come check out Westerville’s largest hotel and its stylish Two One Club for our Rotary Club of Westerville Third Thursday social from 5:30-7:30 p.m. April 21.

The Rotary Club of Westerville is accepting applications for new membership.

The best way to pursue membership is to contact an existing Club member and attend one of our lunches or events as her or his guest. Members of the public also are welcome to attend our events on their own, to see what our service club is all about. If possible, please give notice of your intent to attend a luncheon or social by emailing [email protected]. Learn more about Rotary International at Rotary.org.

We hope to see you soon!
