Feed Our Neighbors

Packing Food for Haiti and Connecticut Communities in Need

Join us and Help Pack 40,000 Meals for Haiti and Families in Need Across Connecticut!

First Congregational Church, Madison, Connecticut

Each year, Rotary Clubs along the Connecticut Shoreline from East Haven to Clinton come together to collaborate on joint projects to make a difference and save lives. One of the perennial projects has been the “Feed Our Neighbor” program, which for three years prior to the pandemic packed more than 90,000 meals for communities in need of food. Our primary beneficiary has been the ravaged country of Haiti.

The video above shows the challenges we aimed to support in Haiti after the devastation of Hurricane Matthew in October 2016. The country still has not recovered, and the meals Our Rotary community sends in coordination with the Haitian Health Foundation allow us to continue to make a difference in this ravaged country.

The Shoreline Community is Welcome to Join Rotary on Saturday, September 24th for the Packing of 42,500 Meals for the Children of Haiti and Families across Connecticut
