Golf OutingJOIN US at noon July 29 for a Rotary Club of Westerville regular luncheon meeting at the Villa Milano Banquet and Conference Center, 1630 Schrock Road.

The meeting will mark our return to our regular lunch location at the Villa, which has been undergoing a kitchen renovation this July.

Our program for the day will be our annual update on our Rotary Club of Westerville Foundation. The Foundation is our Club’s affiliated nonprofit 501(3)(c) that can accept tax-deductible donations. For decades we have been working to build it, to fund our charitable programs including our college scholarships for local Westerville high school graduates.

Since 1964, we have awarded more than $500,000 in college scholarships to local high school graduates!

At the meeting July 29, Rotary Club of Westerville Past President and 2021-22 Foundation Board President Kirk Lawson will provide an update on how the Foundation Fund is progressing. And past Club Director and current Foundation Board member Dan Stanley will fill us in on plans for the 2021 Foundation Golf Outing.

The annual outing is a major fundraiser for the Foundation. This year’s will take place Sept. 20, again at the beautiful Medallion Club.

It will feature a great round of golf on the championship course, in a scramble format, as well as fun contests and prizes for participants. The traditional 50/50 raffle will return, along with an exciting new raffle featuring amazing prizes and getaways. Register at this link. For Sponsorship Opportunities, contact Dan Stanley at 614-202-1628 or [email protected].

Don’t miss the important update on our Foundation from Kirk and exciting news from Dan on the 2021 Golf Outing. See you at lunch Thursday, July 29!
