The Rotary Club of Westerville temporarily will hold its Thursday weekly lunchtime meetings online only, via Zoom, until Franklin County returns to a Health Advisory Alert Level 2 (Orange) or lower.

UPDATE NOV. 19: State health officials on Thursday, Nov. 19, upgraded the Franklin County Health Advisory to Level 4, Purple-Public Emergency: Severe Exposure and Spread. Find additional information about what that means at the Ohio Department of Public Health website.

The Public Health Advisory Alert for Franklin County on Oct. 15 was raised to Level 3 (Red), indicating a “very high” local risk of exposure to and spread of the novel Coronavirus. In accordance with Rotary International and Rotary Club of Westerville policies, we paused all in-person, indoor club meetings effective that date.

We will return to in-person meetings as soon as permitted by public health guidelines.

By board-adopted policy, we will resume hybrid lunch meetings at the Old Bag of Nails (and on Zoom) upon the second Thursday following the county’s return to a COVID-19 Advisory Alert Level 2 (Orange) or lower.

Keep up with the local Coronavirus Alert status at covid-19.myfcph.org.

In the meantime, STAY HEALTHY, and stay tuned for further announcements from the club – here and in The Rotogram.

Join us via Zoom for our weekly noon-Thursday meetings. The meeting link is the same each week:
